KMTA Collegiate State Auditions

The Collegiate Competitions will be held at KU in Lawrence on October 29, 2023.  The cost is $30.00 per entry.  The deadline for registration is Mon. October 9, 2023, at 12:00 pm. Registration will be online and can be paid through Paypal, or a check can be mailed to Emily Yeh.

KMTA Collegiate Competitions are available for piano for Freshman/Sophomore, Junior/Senior, and Graduate groups. Each grouping is required a minimum of two contrasting works and allowed to perform for 15 minutes.

Kansas MTNA Young Artisit Competiiton registration deadline is Wed. September 13, 2023, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Register at the MTNA website.

Kansas MTNA Young Artist Piano Winner will receive the Dr. Shiao-Li Ding award of $400 and KMTA Freshman/Sophomore, Junior/Senior, and Graduate Piano Winners will receive an award of $100 each.  Funds are provided by the JETY Foundation.
